About JuCE

Our vision is to build the future of our children with purpose, clarity and intentionality.

We hope to build a Nigeria where our children’s career paths are intentionally thought through, cultivated and chosen. JuCE will expose young children to as many career paths as possible; we hope that by doing this, children and young people are equipped with insights, tools (academic and non-academic), which are needed to arrive at their desired globally relevant careers.

Our Initiatives

At JuCE, there are several initiatives designed to expose young children to different career paths and help them navigate their own career interests. We  organize career talks, presentations and fireside chats featuring successful young  professionals who share their career journeys and insights with our students. Our internship and open day programs provide students with hands-on experience in their chosen fields.  Our mentorship program is designed to give dedicated JuCE children 1:1 career guidance as they navigate their path.

Join Us

Join us in our mission to provide young children with access to various careers and mentorship. Whether you're a student, a professional, or corporate institution,  there are many ways to get involved with JuCE. Volunteer your time, donate to our children's future, or partner with us for open days and internships, or simply spread the word about our initiatives.

In alignment with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1, 4, 5, 8, and 10, we promote access to quality education and meaningful career opportunities for all children, regardless of gender, ability, or socio-economic status.

By engaging children from diverse backgrounds, especially those from low-income and underserved communities, we help break the cycle of poverty by introducing them to career paths with strong potential for success and sustainability, which enables them to build stable livelihoods and contribute to community development. We also reduce inequalities by ensuring that every child has access to the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to realize their potential.

We champion gender equality by encouraging both girls and boys to explore non-traditional career options, dismantling stereotypes, and fostering confidence in their abilities.

Furthermore, we facilitate a smooth transition from education to employment through hands-on learning, exposure to real-world professions, and structured mentorship programs that prepare young people for decent work and economic participation.

At Juvenile Career Education (JuCE) Africa, we believe every child deserves the chance to discover their passion and pursue their dreams, thereby contributing to a more inclusive, skilled, and prosperous society
